Warm, open, and empathic therapy — at your pace, and grounded in what matters most to you.

I approach our work together as a joint effort to openly explore parts of life where you are not experiencing peace or contentment. I aim to create a comfortable environment where my clients feel confident to try new perspectives, skills, or strategies to reduce symptoms, grow in resiliency and overall life satisfaction.
We will work at your pace, and while therapy can be challenging at times you will never be pushed to address something you do not want to. Growth comes one step at a time, and I ensure these steps feel manageable for my clients.
I maintain a sense of curiosity about your values and goals throughout our sessions together and will continue to look for ways to tailor our work to what matters most to you.
In the spirit of maintaining trust and integrity, I speak openly with my clients and never make promises I cannot keep.
In my work with families or children and teens I take a family systems approach and seek to fully understand the family unit and identify positive ways to integrate parents into their child’s treatment. This helps to naturally strengthen the parent/child bond, overall family cohesion and often leaves parents with greater confidence in how to connect with and support their child.
I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health from Wheaton College and a Bachelors in Psychology from Bryan College and am currently in my 11th year as a therapist.
An atmosphere of non-judgement, trust, and transparency — and my full and undivided attention in our sessions.
I will never push you to address something you do not wish to, and we take as long as we need to build a secure foundation first.
Your culture, faith, and traditions are welcome in this work, and I am eager to learn about what you value most.
I prioritize honesty and transparency with my clients and will never make promises or set an expectation I cannot keep.
I listen wholeheartedly, and you have my full and undivided attention in our sessions.

Send a message with a little about what's going on and I'll be in touch. We'll go at your pace.
